Return & Exchange Policy
At Haze Hype, we want you to have full confidence in the products you purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness while maintaining product safety standards.
Refund Method
Refunds are only processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid via bank transfer or card, the refund will be made to that same account.
Warranty & Non-Returnable Items
We offer a 7-day limited warranty on most products. However, due to health, safety, and re-use concerns, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased:
- E-Liquids
- Coils & Tanks
- Batteries
- Tips & Mouthpieces
- Atomizers
Customers are advised to check these items carefully before completing a purchase. Exceptions apply only if the product is found damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Reporting Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or defective, you must notify us via email at support@hazehype.pk within 24 hours of purchase. To process your claim successfully:
- Provide complete details of the defect in your email.
- Ensure that all original packaging and included parts are kept intact.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product is returned in like-new condition with original packaging.
Exchange Policy Without Manufacturer Defect
If you wish to exchange a product that has no manufacturer defect but is unused and in its original condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases:
- You may exchange it for another product of equal value.
- Alternatively, you may receive store credit towards a future purchase.
- Cash refunds will not be provided in this scenario.
- Any handling or transport cost related to the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.
Conditions That Void Warranty or Exchange
We will not accept a return, refund, or exchange if:
- The item has been altered, modified, or repaired
- The item has been physically damaged, abused, or mishandled.
- The item has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
- The item shows signs of water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper handling.
- Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
6. Important Notes
- For sanitary reasons, tanks are returnable only in cases of manufacturer defect within 3 days.
- All returns and exchanges must be in like-new condition with complete original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional handling costs (if any) are borne by the customer.
